We have been discussing about the different features and benefits of using Nexgen POG in many of our blogs. In this blog, we are sharing a few questions we have been asked and our answers to them.

We were approached by some companies who were using high-end planogram software like JDA, Apollo and Neilson for their space planning. These planogram tools had many features, but they were not user friendly. It demanded users to have expertise on the platform and so new users required the necessary training. Another major concern was the huge cost of license and the cost of training. So, these companies wanted another planogram tool that can be easily used and trained on to act as the main platform of all their planogramming.

Nexgen POG seemed a perfect fit for them. These companies were well convinced about the cost benefit they can bring in by including Nexgen POG in their planogram strategy. But they were still confused whether they would incur extra cost to integrate their existing product library to Nexgen POG. They were also contemplating on how to transfer or reuse their existing planograms created on JDA, Neilson, Apollo etc.

Are you feeling confused too?

No, you don’t have to! Nexgen POG is designed to support multiple product libraries.

Nexgen POG can be easily integrated with all kinds of product libraries provided by Gladson, SMS, Eccnet and others. Synchronising your current product library with Nexgen POG would not be an issue for us. You don’t have to purchase a new product library that works particularly on Nexgen POG. You can use the one you prefer instead.

Nexgen POG can also import PSA, XML and XLS output files of your existing planogram software to Nexgen POG. This will enable you to retain and access all the planograms created using any of the planogram software via Nexgen POG as well.
